On-site EEO Reviews - PE conducts cooperative on-site EEO reviews of employers throughout Wisconsin. Our review approach is consultative, in a confidential, client-focused effort to solve and prevent future problems. EEO reviews are PE’s most comprehensive, time-sensitive program.

"Having experienced an EEOC compliance review several years ago while with another organization, I could really appreciate the non-judgmental nature of Project Equality’s review. There was no sense of invasion, or hint that Project Equality a looking for something to criticize."

Judy Myers
Director for Human Resources
Archdiocese of Milwaukee

Employer EEO Consultation - PE’s professional staff serve as a resource to employers on issues such as recruitment, job referral and retention, mediation, and conflict resolution. This is PE’s most often utilized program.

"The Project Equality staff has been an excellent source of counsel and advice to our Human Resources staff as they formulate their strategies and action plans to achieve a work environment where every employee has the opportunity to give their very vest and be recognized for it."

James H. Keyes
Chairman and CEO
Johnson Controls, Inc.

Retention Services - Project Equality helps employers to increase retention of culturally diverse staff by assisting polarized groups (employer to employee) open new avenues of communication, facilitate dialogue to deepen understandings of concerns and grievances, identify and address areas of concern that may hinder a successful retention rate, and promote positive interaction between employers and employees.

"Our long-standing relationship with Project Equality has helped Midwest Express increase awareness in the community about our commitment to, and support of, promoting diversity and fairness in the workplace."

Midwest Express Airlines

Employee Resource - PE’s professional staff serve as a mentor and resource to employees who aren’t sure where to turn if they feel they have experienced workplace discrimination.

Project Equality’s Buyer’s Guide - The Guide is a national compilation of companies participating in PE. The employer’s commitment to fair employment practices is catalogued in this resourceful book. Becoming an employer participant is free advertising to thousands of people that you support and implement fair employment practices.

Training 2020 - Training services are offered to corporations, governmental agencies, non-profits, and religious organizations. Training programs are designed to provide participants with the necessary skills to provide an EEO environment free of discrimination and harassment.

"Project Equality was instrumental in helping us develop and launch our first diversity training curriculum through its Training program."
